Gratin Dauphinois

Thinly sliced potatoes baked in a savoury sauce of cream, eggs and garlic. Gently spiced and topped with melted Emmental cheese, this ready meal oozes flavour. Classic French food perfect by itself, or teamed with a yummy meat dish.

Preparation instructions

Simmer in a pan on a low heat for 6 to 8 minutes until piping hot.
Or
Pour into a baking dish and heat for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven until brown.
